FAQ I can't login to the shop

Hi, I can login to the Forum but I cannot login to the shop to buy something.

The error I keep getting is:

The account sign-in was incorrect or your account is disabled temporarily. Please wait and try again later.

I have tried in Firefox and Google Chrome browsers.

Hi @Syonix

Are you trying to use the same login details for both the forum and the webshop?

The forum & webshop use different hosting platforms, so you need to create a separate account for logging into the webshop.
