AX PRO Major Bug Find

Hello all...

Today put some new batteries in devices, so put the AX PRO in instalation mode...

However.... If you put it into instalation mode and a device "Auto arms" whilst in instalation you can't exit instalation mode because it says "Please Disarm".... And you can't Disarm because it says "exit installation mode"....
Is this a joke?
Tried resetting device... Tried editing end time of the auto arm area... BUT you need to Disarm to save settings
I'm literally waiting for it to count down....

Love Hikvision response... "Contact your installer"...

Someone has informed you of a major bug that literally locks you out of the device for upto 12 hours and your reaponse is.... "Contact your installer"

I wasn't asking for advice, guidance or anything, i was simply TRYING to inform them of the bug.
