Seeking Compatible Mobile App for Samsung DVR (SDH-B74041/SDH-B74081)

Dear community,

I currently have a Samsung video surveillance system (models: SDH-B74041 / SDH-B74081) and have successfully configured the DVR (SDR-B74301), including port forwarding. However, I’m encountering an issue when attempting to monitor the system remotely via my mobile phone.

The manual recommends a specific app, but it appears to be discontinued and is no longer available on the Play Store. Could anyone suggest a compatible mobile application to access and monitor this DVR remotely? Any guidance on setup or alternative solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Samsung no longer exists as a CCTV brand; they rebranded themselves as Hanwha Vision.

The mobile app that Hanwha Vision recommends for their current products (which should also support older Hanwha/Samsung models) is Wisenet Mobile.
