Hi i use my old cellphone number a few years ago to register my Hi lookDVR later on i got a new number and now i cant log in it is requesting a verification code and now i don't use my old cellphone no anymore. Can u pls help me how to reset my account again or how to retrieve the verification code. In the configuration bar - network-platform access it does not give me the option to c any verification code. Pls can u help. Thank you.
