Video Doorbell (Hayway)

Hi there, newbie here.

I just have bought a video doorbell from aliexpress (Tuya Wireless IPS 10)

I wonder if there is any way to hac the device, I was just taking a look and I have ftp and telnet opened and trying some user/passwd combos, I finally got in, but, what now?

Any advise on that?
