Cameras "Offline" for hours after watching recorded footage

My cameras always appear offline (on mobile & PC) if i watch playback footage for more than a couple of seconds. They come back online by themselves after anywhere from 30-60 minutes but this is annoying as i can never watch playback footage without then losing access to the live feed for around an hour. This has been happening for years.

Looks good, I’ll see what updates are available. Have you checked playback from the monitor connected to the NVR?

@justinestrella That DVR is an old discontinued model...

The latest firmware for the K32 platform is here. NVR firmware upgrade instructions are here. Maybe @Phil or @Dan know where the DVR firmware update guide is.

As mentioned earlier I would check playback direct from the DVR first.
