ANPR - Hikconnect

Hi there !

Im having an issue with this camera : IDS-2CD7A46G2/P-IZHSY(2.8-12MM) .

When i add the camera to Hikconnect all is fine in terms of image etc.. However i cant seem to get any notification based on the license plates, is this possible ? i get regular Person and Vehicle intrusion dections notification .

So is it possible to get the lisence plates directly in the hikconnect app ?

As far as we are aware, the Hik-Connect app doesn't support notifications for license plate reads from an ANPR camera.

If you use Hik-Connect Teams, I believe it is still the case that it supports adding one ANPR camera free of charge.

Possible with HCT. You will get notification. But only for 1 camera free of charge as comment above stated it

Thank you for your reply. Do you maybe have a guide on how to set this up since i have tried it but i cant seem to get the notifications to work using HCT , in fact i cant get any type of notifications to work using HCT , Using HC it works for intrussion , line crossing etc..
