Have DS-PHA64-LP (not the B version). It had 1.0.5 version on it and I upgraded it to 1.1.1. The upgrade process went smoothly and I'm able to see the login screen, however, now when I enter same credentials, it says Invalid username or password.

Any idea if its possible to reset user credentials, or reverse firmware upgrade?
 
Just to clarify, are you trying to log into it in a web browser?
You need to use the email address and password for the Hik-Connect account which the AX-Pro was set up on in a browser - is this what you're trying?
 
From doing some research online. I'm pretty sure now the issue is that it originally had International firmware but I installed Mexican firmware. Can you ask Hikvision for latest International EN firmware DS-PHA64-LP? I can't find it anywhere online.
 
Have you managed to load the 1.0.5 version back on to it?
 
No, I got busy with work. Today I tried again the issue is I can't login into web portal - neither default nor my password is working. I tried tftp method but I get error message when I boot alarm system. On SADP tool the alarm IP shows as the static one I configured so maybe that's why tftp isn't working.

@Kyle Can you please check with Hikvision about how to fix it? I'm really struggling and don't wanna hard reset the device and lose all alarm/sensor/zone configuration.
