Hi guys I’m after some advice.
I bought few of the DS-2CD3386G2-ISU turret cameras but I have a problem with motion detection. All the other cameras I have work without any problem ( all connected to DS-7616NI-M2/16P NVR running on NVR 5.0) but with these I can’t figure out how to get it working properly. So I have a basic motion detection set with people and vehicle detection and I have tried various sensitivity levels as well. When playing back the timeline shows only red line and it’s almost continuous for long long time sometimes even hours. But the red line is there despite nothing seen on the camera recording (no movement) and also I get no green lines for people detections as all other cameras do. Do you have any idea what’s wrong and any advice how to resolve this? Thank you!
