Hi,
I have added a Villa Door Station to my Hikconnect set up and can see a live view of the camera on the app. I cannot get it to add to the NVR though to record as all motion notifications only give me the option to view the camera live. (My other cameras allow me to playback the event)
I have been reading up on it and am led to believe I need to add it as an Access Control Device which I can do (Along with the screen) but I cannot get that to show up with my other cameras to allow me to add to the recording schedule.
I can add it to a spare POE channel as an ONVIF camera and it does allow me to add the recording details, but it the notifications still show as only allowing me to see live.
Does anyone have any pointers as to how I can add the device back as an Access Control Device and have it show up in my default camera list with all my other cameras and hopefully be able to view the event on the notification?
