How to Access More Camera Controls on NVR Interface

When viewing a camera feed on Kik-Connect (Android), I see several camera control icons that I am unable to locate on the NVR interface (DS-7616NXI-K2/16P NVR). For example:

> Alarm Output
> Compensation Light Configuration \ Supplement Light
> Noise Reduction Level
> Defog Mode

These do not appear when I hover over a camera view, and I can't find them in a menu anywhere. How do you configure \ set these controls on the NVR monitor?

What you see is what you get. Only firmwares can change that

Interface tells me Firmware is "up to date" with V4.83.010 build 241118. All the cameras are "up to date" on V5.7.11 or 18..... (varies). Is it possible to "upgrade" the NVR firmware to V5?
