I don’t get any notifications from my Hikvision setup to my mobile phone?

Hi can any body help. I don’t get any notifications from my setup to my phone. Is there something I am missing out on set up. All reply’s would go must appreciated.

What brand/models do you have? (NVR & Camera)

Hi thank you for getting back, sorry I forgot to mention
My first set up is NVR - DS-7608NI-K2/8P
2x 8MP(4K) Darkfighter POE IP EXIR Turret CCTV Camera - 2.8mm Lens
2x 8MP(4K) Darkfighter Turret Camera with Built in Mic
I have a second NVR 4 channel for my interior cameras set up in a different room in my unit I can view all cameras on the hikvison app but still don’t get any notifications. I can find out the models for the second cameras tomorrow while am at my work place. I am guessing once I know how to sort the outside cameras to notified me I can do the second NVR in the same way. Hope this help.
