Issue with Hikivision inetrcom password

Hi team

I forgiot my inetrcom password model: DS-KH6320-WTE1
I did reset through SARD , still I am getting incorrect password.
Somone please assist me

HAve you resolved the issue. I have similar issues that I do not remember the exact password. Too many of them everywhere and I did
obvious something wrong/incomplete during initial setup.
Now I cannot do Configuration anymore --
Can I do a kind of factory reset ( Hard reset ) of the monitor and start new again ? Could not find how to do this
