Hi, i noticed you said in a post you've got his vision to work on you nvidea shield tv, could you help me, as ive installed it on mine, but after installing its not showing up in my apps, ( don't get that ) but it is on the shield when i explore files? any help please

Unsupported apps sometimes don't show up. If you download Sideload Launcher and put it on your home page it should list all your apps in a dropdown menu and launch them.

I see that you on your NVR downgraded FW from 4.x to 3.x only with reset configuration. I have 4.x onseries K and i want downgrade to 3.x. Can you tell me how do it safety ?

thank you, we were aware of this update but I think we were holding off on creating a new post about it until we had the release notes because some people don't like to update the firmware until they know what it is going to do to their device. I will chase Hikvision for the release notes and post once we have them.

Hi, If you change to scheduled-switch at the top of the image settings you should be given 3 options - Common/Day/Night

Common settings apply to both day and night and obviously the settings you set in the day tab only affect the colour day images, while the settings in the night tab only affect the camera's performance when using IR.

Thanks that makes sense, although the annoying thing is you cant have it on auto switch with custom day/night settings? (Basically I want to auto switch because of day light saving and the likes)

Hi, what NVR are you using? I've a DS-7608NI-K2 / 8P but it doesn't have the magic one-key disarm feature. Looking to see if it's only I series which have....Thanks!

I also have a DS-7608NI-K2 and the one-key disarm feature is grayed out so I cannot tick it. Can anyone tell me how I can get it working.......Thanks

Hi Phil, you said that we cannot exceed the NVR's stated camera total e.g. 4, 8 16, 32 cameras regardless of how they are connected, I need to monitor 64 IP cameras, installed remotely but connected to the network, is there any way to use a small NVR without the huge number of ports in the back of the device?

Hi there is problem in my IP camera its the IP address and username password is correct but wen i am adding camera its shows user is locked.
