DS-K1T804BMF issue with Chinese language

We imported devices from China and devices not support English and not added in ivms4200-eu just a ivms4200-cn version ...

If any one can help with add an English Firmware



I try this software with Batch Configuration and tftp same think i can't update Firmware

As far as we are aware, no one has successfully been able to load UK/EU firmware on Hikvision hardware imported from China.

It sounds like you have tried all possible ways to update the firmware.

Unfortunately not,

As explained above, I don't believe there is any firmware version that supports English and will be compatible with the Chinese hardware you've purchased.

This is why we always advise customers to purchase from authorised Hikvision sellers in their region and to avoid unauthorised sellers and Amazon/eBay, where the stock is often Chinese 'grey' imports.

Hikvision China? But unless you can speak/read Chinese you're going to struggle to get to the support page to find the resource:

ACS DS-K1T804BMF firmwares can be modified. It is old enough. It will require for you to go trought 1000 lines of csv strings without context
