Firmware DS-2CD6362F-I

Hi All

I've recently purchased a new to me DS-2CD6362F-I / Group R4 fisheye camera.
I've had no trouble setting it up on my local network but the firmware seems ancient. Pre Hik-Connect at least.
Version is V5.0.9 build 141009

What are my options for updating this, if any?
Does anyone have the different chronological versions, if that is how it needs to be updated? It all seems to be a bit of a minefield.

You can find all of the firmware releases for this model at the Hikvision EU Download Portal.

As you are running such an old firmware version, you will need to update the camera in steps.

The first version you will want to update to is V5.3.5 151209, but in the folder for this firmware, you will see a 'Notice.txt' document that says the following:

"If you need to update from 5.0.9 to 5.3.5, you need to update 'digicap_eng_std.dav' first, then update the firmware to V5.3.5."​

So you need to download the 'digicap_eng_std.dav' file first and install that on the camera as if you were updating the firmware, then once that is updated, you can load the V5.3.5 firmware file.

You can then update to V5.4.14 160427 and then finally update to the last/latest firmware, which is V5.4.41 170309
