VCA events on continuous timeline

Hi,
I bought brand new Hikvision DS-2CD2086G2H -UI camera and got it equipped with WD Purple Line SD Card.
Got it installed, updated to newest firmware (V5.7.23 build 260114), got newest IVMS and HikConnect on phone.

I want the camera to record continuously and get VCA events notifications.
I've marked the Storage > Schedule to blue (Continuous) and have set up VCA alarms, which work great they do send notifications to phone along with like 2 min video replay of the event.
But I don't have VCA events marked on Timeline in Hik-Connect app while browsing recordings, and I have seen other people's timelines screens with blue timeline and VCA events.
Also I don't see those events in IVMS, they are not in "Event Playback" tab. I also don't see them marked in Playback menu while browsing camera via web client.
I could see events in IVMS and on Hik-Connect timeline if I mark Schedule tab with "Event" instead of "Continuous", but then of course I don't have continuous records.


Now for the setup other than Schedule tab.
Configuration > Video/Audio > Display Info. on Stream > Enable Dual-VCA - ON
VCA > Metadata > Smart Event - ON
VCA > Line crossing (or other options) > Arming Schedule > Notify Surveillance Center - ON + Recording Linkage - A1 which is my SD card.

What am I missing? Shouldn't it work with those setting?

I dont believe it was possible on G2 camera without NVR. G3 cameras which are newer series got updated recently to show human&vehicle markers on hik connect without the need of NVR

Well that's disappointing, it should be marked more clearly near all those options, that they dont work with SD cards storage.

I mean you should have event lines but not actual Human&Vehicle.

If thats what you need, that should work.

Oh ok, then I definitely don't need it that precise.
Just a marker for any kind of event would be great. But I don't get those.

In IVMS whole record timeline is blue without event markers, and in Event Playback there are no files.

In Hik-Connect (sorry for Polish language) I get notification with Event Playback recording which always contains Event + whatever time to be full 2 min 10 sec recording.
And in the Playback whole timeline is blue without those events marked.
